There is a sense of confidence in the quality of the swimming pool when you personally hire the contractor, selected the materials, have a hand in the design and create your own pool. But what if you are purchasing a home with an existing pool? How would you know if the pool is working as intended? Are there any repairs needed? At Lee-Sure Pools , we offer residential pool inspection services to put your mind at ease.

THE INSPECTION

The inspection we perform is a visual and operational inspection of the pool and equipment. After our inspection is completed, we provide a report with repair recommendations. As a reputable pool repair company, Lee-Sure Pools can also handle any of the repairs needed in order to get the pool fully functioning.

An average pool operation inspection takes from 30 minutes to an hour and the fee is due upon completion. A formal report is then mailed or emailed to you with our assessment of the system and our recommendations for creating an energy-efficient pool system.

We do not make any repairs during an inspection, nor do we perform any pressure testing of plumbing lines as part of an inspection. If there is reason to suspect underground lines are leaking, we would make the recommendation to perform a systems pressure test which is an additional charge and requires a separate service call.
